Specializing in the oil and gas industry, Negands Diensten is led by Nick Etor and provides subject matter expert surveying, consulting and inspection services for vessels involved in the transportation of dangerous liquids and chemicals.
We host locations across the European ARA region and Africa, with our global reach expanded through industry partnerships and affiliations.
Our reputation for expert maritime knowledge and of industry best practice has allowed us to develop key industry relationships and supports us in staying up to date with the latest shipping news and regulations.
About Nick Etor
With over 30 years’ experience in the shipping and maritime sectors, Nick has extensive knowledge of the industry, having held positions across terminal and vessel quality assurance, refit management, operational excellence and shipping standards.
As an AMSA Class 1 CoC (Motor/Steam) classified engineer, Nick is also an OCIMF accredited Inspector and a regular participant in best practice committees for the Maritime Advocacy in Sub-Saharan Africa and Industry CoP.
